Lynn Perkins

Lynn Perkins is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in founding and leading innovative companies. As the Co-Founder and CEO of UrbanSitter since January 2011, Lynn has created a nationwide platform that connects families with trusted caregivers, facilitating millions of care connections. Lynn also co-founded the FamTech Founder Collaborative, which supports scalable businesses focused on care transformation and gender equity. Additionally, Lynn serves as an advisory member for Transformative Leadership in Disruptive Times at California State University - East Bay and as a board director at The Holding Co., a design-led lab for modern family solutions. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of Real Estate Development at Joie de Vivre Hospitality and co-founding Xuny.com, an e-commerce platform for streetwear designers. Lynn’s education includes a degree from Stanford University.
