Ben Peterson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ben started their career as a Rental Customer Representative at AA Rental in 2016, where they managed customer deliveries and trained new employees. From 2014 to 2018, Ben worked as a Sports Information Student Assistant at Lawrence University, assisting the Sports Information Director with organizing events and recording sports statistics. In 2018, they interned as an Assistant Director of Athletic Communications at Loras College. Ben then moved on to a role as a Warehouse Supervisor at Professional Sports Catering in 2019, where they managed inventory processes and trained warehouse associates. In the same year, they worked as a Staff member at The Happy Lobster Truck, coordinating with event producers and learning various processes for inventory, food prep, and customer service. In 2020, Ben joined Crate and Barrel as a Customer Service Associate, and in 2021, they became a Customer Service Lead and later a Sales Team Lead at CB2, where they provided leadership, training, and support for store operations. Currently, Ben is working as an Operations Supervisor at Urbanspace.
Ben Peterson attended Lawrence University from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree with a major in Economics. Following that, they attended Dominican University from 2019 to 2022 and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing.
