Bill McCann

Bill McCann is an experienced real estate development professional currently serving as the Vice President of Development at Urbanspace Real Estate + Interiors since March 2022. Bill has previously held significant roles including Owner of an Independent Real Estate Development Consultancy, Director of Development at Sackman Enterprises, Vice President at Bury + Partners, and A.V.P. of Construction & Engineering as well as Project Manager at Montclair State University. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Construction at Creative Construction Management and Project Manager at John J. Skalley, Inc. Bill holds a Master’s in Real Estate Finance & Development from New York University, an Associate's in Interior Design from Berkeley College, and a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Fairfield University.
