Natalie Hardej is a dedicated design professional with experience in various roles within the real estate and interiors industry, currently serving as a Junior Designer at Urbanspace Real Estate + Interiors since July 2019. Previous positions include Assistant Designer, Team Design Assistant, and Intern at Urbanspace, as well as experience as a Sales Floor Manager/Key Holder at francesca’s® and a Stylist at Stitch Fix. Natalie began their career as a Junior Sales Associate at Intimissimi. Educationally, Natalie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from St. Edward's University and has pursued studies at Austin Community College and the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts, along with a High School Diploma from Jones College Prep.
