Carlos' earlier experience includes being the Head of Operations at GTF Solutions, where they promoted and sold projects, and as a Project Manager at Huawei, managing projects related to LTE, Wimax, and NGN networks.

Carlos Eduardo M. obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Telecommunications Engineering from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, which they attended from 2004 to 2011. Carlos Eduardo also attended ATEMA Institute from 2007 to 2009 and obtained a Technician in Automotive Technology degree in the field of Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology/Technician.

In 2014, Carlos Eduardo M. completed a postgraduate course in Administration of Projects in Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires'.
