Head of Customer Success at URBANTZ

Linda Holzwarth has extensive work experience in customer success and project management roles. Linda is currently the Head of Customer Success at URBANTZ, where they are responsible for overseeing customer satisfaction and success. Prior to this, they worked as a Customer Project Manager at URBANTZ, where they utilized their delivery management platform to optimize last-mile deliveries for retailers and logistics companies.

Before joining URBANTZ, Linda worked at Salesforce, where they held various customer success management positions. As a High Touch Success Manager and later as a Customer Success Manager, they worked with enterprise and commercial businesses across EMEA to help them achieve their goals with Salesforce. Linda provided support in data management, adoption and training, governance, and KPIs. Additionally, they served as a Portfolio Success Manager for SMBs.

Earlier in their career, Linda gained experience in sales and buying at Peek & Cloppenburg KG Düsseldorf and in sales cooperation and business development at Airbus. Linda also completed a marketing internship at Unilever, where they focused on adapting marketing concepts for the DACH region and coordinating digital marketing activities. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Analyst at DHL.

Linda Holzwarth's education history is as follows:

Linda Holzwarth obtained their Abitur, equivalent to a high school diploma in Germany, from Salier-Gymnasium Waiblingen in 2012. Linda then went on to pursue a BSc in International Management at ESB Business School, Reutlingen University, from 2012 to 2014.

In 2014, Linda Holzwarth enrolled at NEOMA Business School, where they earned a Diplôme d´Études Supérieures Européennes de Management in Économie from 2014 to 2016. During this time, they also obtained their TOEFL certification from The TOEFL® test in 2016.

Following their time at NEOMA Business School, Linda Holzwarth attended UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School from 2016 to 2017, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in International Management. Additionally, in 2016, they participated in the CEMS Master's in International Management program through CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education.

In 2017, Linda Holzwarth furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in International Management from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
