Melanie Applincourt is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder of Urbantz, a delivery management platform for enterprises. Previously, Melanie held roles as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, Agile coach, IT & Solution Delivery Manager, and various other positions in companies such as Touring Assurances, Wemanity Group, 26 lights, uFund, Cream, BNP Paribas Fortis, and ALTEN BELGIUM. Melanie has a background in Civil Engineering and IT, as well as a Master Practitioner in NLP from Ressources Institute. Throughout their career, Melanie has demonstrated expertise in product management, project management, IT architecture analysis, and testing strategies.
