Arnaud Lopez has extensive experience in the real estate and property management sectors, currently serving as Directeur d’Agence and Directeur Développement at URBAT since December 2019. Prior experience includes the role of Chef des Ventes at Groupe Réside Études, where responsibilities included the commercialization of the Girandières & Victoria Palazzo residences in Languedoc-Roussillon. Arnaud's earlier tenure at Nexity saw responsibilities as Responsable développement and Responsable commercial from December 2015 to March 2019. Previous to that, Arnaud managed the tenant file service and property inspections at Crédit Agricole Immobilier from January 2007 to July 2011. Educational credentials include a Licence in Entraînement sportif from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III and training in team management fundamentals from IFCAM.
