Charlotte Polis

Charlotte Polis has extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as Directrice des Partenariat and Chef de Produits Prescription at URBAT since April 2011. In this role, Charlotte is responsible for acquiring new prescribers and maintaining relationships with existing ones through strategic campaigns, event coordination, and the organization of partner clubs. Additionally, Charlotte oversees the management of real estate operations in the Montpellier/Nîmes area, collaborating across departments for project development, commercial strategies, and sales support. Previously, Charlotte held the position of Responsable Marketing et Développement at AKERYS Promotion from 2009 to March 2011, where responsibilities included defining marketing strategies, conducting market studies, and managing commercial teams and budgets.
