Tim Dawkins

Tim Dawkins is the Lead Planning Director at Urbis, where they have made significant contributions to the development industry for over 15 years. They currently serve as a member of the State Design Review Panel at the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage and actively participate in the Planning and Infrastructure Committee with the Property Council of Australia. Tim has previously held various roles at Urbis, including Associate Director, Senior Consultant, Director, and Partner, and served as a Senior Planner at the East Perth Redevelopment Authority. Tim holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Economics from The University of Western Australia.
