Alexander Herman

Alexander Herman serves as the Transition Engineering Project Manager at Urbix, Inc. since September 2025, following a significant career at M3 Engineering & Technology Corp. from August 2018 to September 2025 as a Capital Projects and Engineering Consultant. In this earlier role, Alexander provided project planning and execution guidance for a major client in the battery-anode and critical minerals supply sector, successfully supporting DoE grant applications that secured a $125M federal award. Alexander's experience includes leading project teams, managing project life cycles, and engineering in the mining and metals industry, with expertise in proposal authoring, construction bid analysis, and developing piping systems. Prior to M3 Engineering, Alexander co-owned ARS - Automotive Race Solutions as an Aerodynamics Engineer from July 2018 to January 2021, contributing to the design and testing of automotive aero products. Alexander holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University, earned in 2019.
