Thompson's background includes product management at Bed Bath & Beyond and senior design positions at Sears, emphasizing textiles and home products. Additionally, experience as a Category Merchandise Manager at Marmot Mountain and teaching fashion-related courses at Brooks College further highlights a diverse skill set in the industry. Thompson holds degrees in Merchandise Product Development from FIDM and Apparel Design from Bauder College.
