Eric Means, CFI, is a seasoned professional in loss prevention management with over two decades of experience across various renowned retail organizations. Currently serving as the Regional Loss Prevention Manager at URBN since December 2019, Eric previously held similar regional management roles at The Children's Place and A|X Armani Exchange, where responsibilities included conducting fraud investigations, compliance audits, and training initiatives. Eric’s extensive background also encompasses district management positions at Bed Bath and Beyond, Century 21, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Macy's, focusing on theft investigations, safety program execution, and enhancing operational standards. Eric holds educational qualifications from State University of New York Maritime College and Farmingdale State College.
