Julie has a proven track record of driving growth and innovation within various companies in the retail industry, including URBN, Claire's Inc., and Kohl's Department Stores. With a BS in Apparel Merchandising/Business from Indiana University Bloomington, Julie also has international experience through a study abroad program in Rome, Italy.
