Lady Soule

Lady Soule currently serves as the Chief Creative Director for Urban Outfitters Mens and Women's at URBN, a position held since July 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Design Director and Design Director of Soft Wovens at Anthropologie from March 2014 to July 2019. Lady Soule also held the position of Design Director at Tracy Reese from 2002 to January 2015, overseeing brand direction and creative development, and contributing significantly to the collections. Earlier roles included Senior Designer for exclusive projects at Frock by Tracy Reese and Visual Merchandising Buyer at The Wright Life. Educational credentials include a BS in Apparel Design from Colorado State University and completion of the Design & Merchandising Program at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
