Maddie Kollar

Maddie Kollar is a professional with experience in talent acquisition and people operations, currently serving as an Assistant College Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Coordinator at URBN, a group that includes Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, Free People, and Nuuly, since May 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Lafayette College as an Ambassador of Lafayette and Senior Interviewer, as well as Vice President of the Marquis Players and President of Cadence A Cappella. Maddie gained further experience as a People Operations Intern at Daversa Partners, a leading executive search firm, and completed a Counseling Intern position at Springford Counseling Services. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in French from Lafayette College and a high school diploma from The Hill School.
