Richard A. Hayne

Richard Hayne is CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Urban Outfitters, Inc. (URBN), which is headquartered in the former Philadelphia Navy Yard. Mr. Hayne co-founded Urban Outfitters in 1970 and has been Chairman of the Board and President since the firm's incorporation in 1976. URBN is a leading lifestyle consumer products company operating under the Anthropologie, BHLDN, Free People, Terrain, Urban Outfitters and Vetri brands.
