Larry Brown FPC has a diverse work experience in both the private and military sectors. From 2007 onward, they served as an HRIS Business Analyst at URENCO USA, where they were responsible for managing the SAP HR information management data system. Larry worked closely with the HR Manager, serving as the primary point of contact between the Human Resource department and the Information Technology department. Larry's main duties included collecting, tracking, and reporting on all aspects of HR information for both direct employees and contractors. Larry developed business processes to capture employee and contractor data, created periodic and ad hoc HR reports, and ensured the integrity of the HR database by defining controls and procedures. Larry also conducted regular analysis for HR statistical reporting and supported departmental requests for HR reports and analysis.

Prior to their role at URENCO USA, Larry served in the US Army's 717th Brigade Support Battalion as an Operations Sergeant Logistical Support. Their responsibilities included providing logistical support to other companies within the Brigade, coordinating the movement of supplies and equipment, and maintaining and tracking statistical data on equipment and personnel. Larry held this position from February 2006 to August 2007.

Larry Brown FPC obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.A) with a focus on HR and Logistics from Colorado Technical University between 2005 and 2007. In 2013, they pursued their Master's Degree in Business Administration - Operations/Supply Chain Management (MBA-O/SM) from Colorado Technical University, completing this program in 2015. In 2016, they furthered their education by earning an Undergraduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Ashworth College, which was completed in 2017.
