Arthur de Boom

Arthur de Boom has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Arthur started their career in 1996 as an ICT-medewerker at Syntegra BV and worked there until 2002. From 2003 to 2004, they were a Netwerk/Systeembeheerder at NetForce BV, where they also handled hardware and software purchases. Arthur then worked as an ICT-medewerker at ACS Computer Support BV in 2003, where they undertook various detachment assignments. Arthur was also a Uitzendkracht at different temporary employment organizations from 2004 to 2005. In 2005, they became a Field Service Engineer at ICT Assist until 2010. From 2010 to 2016, they worked as a Customer Service Engineer at ES FDS, focusing on customer support. During their time at ES FDS, they also worked at Shell Pernis/ES FDS as a Customer Service Engineer in 2016. From 2014 to 2016, they served as a Customer Service Engineer/Stockroom Manager at Shell Moerdijk/HPCDS, where they handled system installations and inventory management. Since 2017, they have been working at FDS Netherlands, a DXC Technology Company, as a Professional Field Service Engineer, providing desktop support and installing new equipment and software. In 2020, they joined URENCO Nederland as a Deskside Support Technician/Team Lead.

Arthur de Boom completed their education as follows:

- From 1994 to 1997, Arthur attended ISI Midden Gelderland, where they studied Ecnomisch Administratief Beroepsonderwijs.

- Prior to that, from 1992 to 1994, they attended Sonsbeek College, focusing on Middelbaar Economisch Administratief Onderwijs.

- Arthur's initial education started at LTS 't Vestersbos from 1988 to 1992, where they studied Kantoor praktijk.

In addition to their formal education, Arthur obtained several certifications, including a SysTrack Certified Engineer and a SysTrack Certified Technician from Lakeside Software in 2022. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in Coachend leidinggeven from ICM Opleidingen & trainingen in 2016.
