Elke Tiehuis

Elke Tiehuis has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Elke is currently working as a Lead Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Urenco Nederland, a position they started in January 2023. Prior to their current role, Elke served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Adwise - Your Digital Brain from September 2018 to December 2022. Elke also worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Isential Group and Ifective Software Engineering from May 2016 to September 2018. Before that, Elke held the position of Manager Recruitment Nederland at Xerox from November 2009 to April 2016. Elke began their career as a Corporate Recruiter at Stork Primoteq B.V. in April 2006 and worked there until November 2009.

Elke Tiehuis completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Human Resources from Saxion University of Applied Sciences from 2003 to 2007. Elke then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Twente from 2007 to 2009.
