Lynnette Adams is currently working as the Senior Manager of Major Gifts at URGE: Unite for Reproductive & Gender Equity. Prior to this role, Lynnette founded and serves as the CEO of Joy Journey LLC, a transformational coaching company. With experience as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Denver and as the Director of Development at the Community College of Aurora Foundation, Lynnette has a background in nonprofit leadership and major gift solicitation. Lynnette has also worked as a Development Associate at the Crisis Center and as an Event Manager at Real Times Media. Lynnette holds a PhD in Global Leadership from Pepperdine University, an MBA in Marketing from the University of Phoenix, and a MFA in Public Relations from Wayne State University.
