Maíra dos Santos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in nonprofit solutions and operations management. Currently serving as Vice President of Nonprofit Solutions and as Director of the Gulf Coast at Urgensee, Inc. since January 2016, Maíra has successfully implemented various projects for the nonprofit sector as a Salesforce.com partner. Prior to this role, Maíra worked as Director of Operations at The Woods Project, Inc., fostering leadership and life skills in at-risk youth through wilderness education from November 2012 to September 2015. Maíra's earlier experience includes positions as a Grant Manager at Houston ISD and as a Training Development Assistant focusing on Portuguese curriculum development at the University of Washington. Additionally, Maíra held the role of Grants and Contracts Coordinator at PATH, where attention to detail in federal grants was critical. Maíra holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Claremont McKenna College.
