Barbara Glickman-Williams, RN, has extensive experience in the nursing field, currently serving as a Surveyor for the Urgent Care Association and as an Ambulatory Surgery Nurse at Southwestern Eye Center. Glickman-Williams' career spans over three decades, including roles as Owner of FirstCare EMS, LLC, and previous positions such as Clinical Educator at US CareWays Urgent Care, RN/Clinical Care Specialist at NextCare Urgent Care, and RN at American LifeStar. Additionally, Glickman-Williams has a strong foundation in emergency nursing from Casa Grande Regional Medical Center, where roles included RN in the Emergency Department and Prehospital Manager. Glickman-Williams holds an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Pima Community College and further education from the University of Phoenix.

Urgent Care Association
The Urgent Care Association (UCA) is a membership association for Urgent Care health and management professionals, clinics and those who support the Urgent Care industry. Founded in 2004, UCA represents over 4,000 Urgent Care centers throughout the United States and abroad. UCA provides educational programs in clinical care and practice management, has a monthly Journal of Urgent Care Medicine and maintains an active online presence and member community for daily exchange of best practices. UCA provides leadership, learning, and resources for the successful practice of Urgent Care for its members.
