Zayli Baez is currently serving as the Quality Programs Coordinator at the Urgent Care Association since February 2023, where responsibilities include managing data flow into the AMS, creating reports, monitoring program performance, and providing training support. Prior to this role, Zayli worked at Florida Career College as an Associate Career Service Specialist, assisting with externship paperwork and collaborating with Career Services and the Education Department. Zayli also held the position of Customer Service Coordinator during their time there. Zayli is pursuing a Master of Science in Digital Forensics at Utica University, with an expected graduation in May 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Science and Psychology from Syracuse University.

Urgent Care Association
The Urgent Care Association (UCA) is a membership association for Urgent Care health and management professionals, clinics and those who support the Urgent Care industry. Founded in 2004, UCA represents over 4,000 Urgent Care centers throughout the United States and abroad. UCA provides educational programs in clinical care and practice management, has a monthly Journal of Urgent Care Medicine and maintains an active online presence and member community for daily exchange of best practices. UCA provides leadership, learning, and resources for the successful practice of Urgent Care for its members.
