Vanessa Hayes

Vanessa Hayes has significant work experience in the hospitality industry. Vanessa started their career at Roney Palace Beach Resort in 2002, where they worked in reservations and front desk roles. From there, they moved on to The Setai, where they worked in reservations and CRM. In 2008, they joined Z Ocean Hotel South Beach as a reservations manager. In 2010, they took on the role of revenue and reservations manager at Soho Beach House. In 2015, they became the director of revenue management at Highgate. Vanessa then worked as the director of revenue management at Carillon Miami Wellness Resort from 2016 to 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they served as the director of revenue management for Pivot Hotels & Resorts at Hotel Colonnade Coral Gables and Hotel Bella Grace in Charleston. Most recently, they joined Urgo Hotels and Resorts in 2020 as the director of revenue management at Moxy South Beach.

Vanessa Hayes completed their BA in International Studies from Barry University between 2005 and 2007.
