Priscila Leite Costa has extensive work experience in finance and controlling roles. Priscila currently holds the position of Regional Head of Finance and Controlling for Latin America at Urgo Medical. Priscila previously worked at Kimberly-Clark in various roles, including Sales Controlling, FP&A Manager, Selling, Marketing and GE Business Partner, and Financial Cost and Supply Chain Specialist. These roles involved budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost management.

Priscila's early experience includes working as a Financial Analyst - Controlling at General Motors, where they were responsible for budget and forecast controlling, payroll calculation, and project development related to product.

Priscila Leite Costa has a diverse education history that spans different degrees and fields of study. In 2008, they attended Centro Universitário Metodista do Sul - IPA to pursue a degree in Administration of Companies, which they completed in 2011. Following this, Priscila enrolled at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained an MBA in Financial Management, Controlling, and Auditing with a focus on Finance. In 2021, they furthered their education by attending FACULDADE FIPECAFI - Fundação Instituto de Pesquisas Contábeis, Atuariais e Financeiras for an Executive Education program in IFRS. The same year, Priscila also pursued an MBA at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in Tax Management and Fiscal Strategy.
