Xavier Camps

Xavier Camps has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Xavier started their career as a Consultant at Gas Natural Fenosa in 1998, before moving on to become a Project leader Sales Force e-learning at Sanofi-Aventis from 2003 to 2004. Camps then worked as a Sales Manager and SFE leader at Convatec, Bristol-Myers Squibb from 2004 to 2008, followed by a role as Business Unit Director, Continence & Critical Care at ConvaTec from 2008 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Urgo Medical as the Managing Director Southern Europe, a role they held until 2018. Xavier then became the Regional Director - Southern/ Eastern Europe & Latin America at Urgo Medical until 2022. Currently, Camps serves as the Chief Business Officer at Urgo Medical and also holds the position of President (Reimbursed Products) at Fenin, Federación Española de Empresas de Tecnología Sanitaria, starting in 2017.
