Rini George has accumulated diverse experience in the development sector, currently serving as a Development Apprentice at Professional Assistance For Development Action (PRADAN) since August 2024, and engaging in fieldwork with URJA TRUST since July 2023. Previous roles include Student Researcher at VMRCDI in late 2023, fieldwork with Men Against Violence and Abuse (MAVA) India from August 2022 to August 2023, and an internship at Seva Mandir in late 2022. As a Human Resource Coordinator and Human Resource staff at YugoYuva from December 2020 to January 2022, Rini also contributed as a Fundraiser with the Youth Empowerment Foundation in late 2020. Currently pursuing an M.A. in Social Work with a focus on Women-Centred Practices at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences since July 2022, Rini holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Xavier's College, Ahmedabad, completed in 2022, and an AISSCE from St. Mary's Convent Sr. Sec. School, Fatehpura, in 2019.
