Karen McDaniel

Karen McDaniel has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Beginning in 2004, they worked as a Relationship Banking Associate at M&T Bank until 2005. Karen then moved on to be an Executive Assistant at SHS Staffing from 2005 to 2009. Following that, they joined URL Insurance Group in 2009, where they held multiple positions. Karen started as a Senior Care Products Representative & Licensing Manager from 2009 to 2012, followed by a role as a Senior Care Products Specialist & Compliance Officer from 2012 to 2013. From 2014 to 2021, they served as the Director of Medicare Operations & Compliance, overseeing day-to-day operations and long-term goals in the Senior Care Products Department. In 2021, they transitioned to the role of Director of Medicare Compliance at the same company.

Karen McDaniel attended Kutztown University of Pennsylvania from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General. In addition to their degree, Karen also holds certifications as a Health and Accident Insurance Producer from the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance, which they obtained in August 2009, and as a Pennsylvania Notary Public from the Pennsylvania Division of Legislation and Notaries, which they obtained in March 2008.
