Alessandro Minelli

Alessandro Minelli is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic change, transformation, and business development. Currently serving as the Strategic Change & Transformation Director at Urmet Spa since 2022, Alessandro leads various transformation projects and M&A activities while sitting on the Board of the Group. As the Founder of Orso Laboratorio Caffè, Alessandro introduced one of Italy's pioneering specialty coffee bar and roastery concepts. Previous roles include Managing Director at Giuliano Caffè and Operating Partner at CoBe Capital, where Alessandro focused on business development and operational due diligence. Alessandro also co-founded Zenit Partners and held key positions at Aprimatic SpA, including CEO and Chief Restructuring Officer. With an MBA from INSEAD and a Chartered Accountant qualification, Alessandro possesses a strong foundation in finance and business strategy.
