Ashish Maheshwari has extensive experience in the legal and secretarial fields, currently serving as the Head Of Legal Department at URMIN PRODUCTS PVT.LTD. since December 2011. Prior to this, Ashish held the position of Company Secretary at Multibase India Ltd from July 2009 to April 2011, where responsibilities included serving as secretary to various board committees. Ashish also worked as Manager - Secretarial & Legal at K. Raheja Corporation, overseeing activities for over 70 companies, and had a brief tenure at Intelenet Global Services Limited during a significant ownership change. Educational qualifications include an LLB, Company Secretary certification, a Diploma in Cyber Laws, and relevant certifications from the Bombay Stock Exchange.
