Zack Mullins

Zack Mullins has extensive experience in the IT and customer service sectors, currently serving as a Systems Engineer at CIMplify since April 2011. Previously, Zack worked as a Customer Service Representative at BOSCH, an IT Engineer at Tele-Optics, and a Client Service Manager at ANS, where responsibilities included managing service calls and engineer schedules. Additional roles include Systems Tech at AT&T, handling VOIP systems, and Systems Analyst at YMCA of Middle TN, overseeing communications and providing technical support. Zack holds an Associate degree in Computer Networking Systems from ITT Technical Institute, completed in 2004.
