Rick G.

Rick G. has a diverse work experience in the finance field. Rick started their career as a Sr. Financial Analysis Manager at Be The Match operated by National Marrow Donor Program in 1997. In this role, they built an analytical department and oversaw accounts receivable and vendor payment schedules. Rick also led the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard Strategic Management system, which received national recognition.

From 2009 to 2013, Rick worked as the Director of Finance & Controller at Saint Mary's Health Plans, where they led a team focused on financial reporting, audit management, and budgeting. Rick implemented process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer service.

In 2013, Rick joined Sutter Health Plan as the Director of Finance. Their responsibilities included regulatory reporting, month-end close, policy development, and implementing internal controls. Rick played a crucial role in launching the Plan in 2014.
