Kristin Austria

Kristin Austria is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and advanced practice. Currently serving as the Lead Advanced Practice Provider and Nurse Practitioner at Urology Of Virginia since October 2017, Kristin has previously held positions as a Home Health Nurse at Bon Secours Health System and as a Registered Nurse at Fresenius Medical Care North America and Sentara Healthcare, where roles included Emergency Department Nurse and Registered Cardiac Nurse. Kristin began their career as a Dental Assistant at Coastal Virginia Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Educationally, Kristin holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practice from Simmons College Graduate Studies, a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University, and an additional nursing degree from Sentara College of Health Sciences.
