Rachel Santos

Rachel Santos is a Licensed Practical Nurse with extensive experience in the healthcare field. Currently serving at Urology San Antonio since March 2022, Rachel has previously held positions as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Franklin TPC from March 2021 to August 2022 and as an LVN at Forum @ Lincoln Heights from February 2004 to March 2021. Rachel obtained an Associate's degree in LVN from the Health Institute of San Antonio, completing the program in 2004.
