Cullen Flynn

Cullen Flynn has worked as a Surgical Sales and Engineering Specialist at Uromedica, Inc. since March 2023. Prior to that, they were a System Engineer at Arthrex from May 2022 to August 2022. In this role, Cullen was responsible for Design History File Management of Endoscopy Carts, coordinating with engineers, product managers, and the quality department to develop deliverables such as Design and Development plan, Design Traceability Matrix, and User Needs/Requirements. Cullen also demonstrated effective collaboration and communication skills by coordinating with multiple internal departments and outside vendors to streamline deliverables and keep record of product development. Additionally, they traveled to company headquarters to meet with product managers on managing the timeline of accessory projects.

Cullen Flynn attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2018 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Biomedical Engineering focus.
