Sean Ruhlman is currently a Senior Associate at Urow Real Estate, a boutique investment sales firm specializing in self-storage facilities. Prior to this role, Sean was a Partner at H2O Equity, Founder & CEO of Simple Link LLC, and a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Jeremiah Baron & Co. Commercial Real Estate, LLC. Sean has also held roles at Benchmark International, Boca AHCS, LLC, Coastline Valet Parking, ASLC, and Audemars Piguet Intern. Sean holds a Bachelor's degree in economics with a minor in psychology from Florida Atlantic University.
