Juan Alvarez

Juan Alvarez is a seasoned professional in organization development and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Organization Development Specialist at URSA since September 2021. In this role, Juan oversees the execution of the Performance Appraisal Cycle across all URSA countries, managing software calibration, communication, success tracking, analytics, and report consolidation for the URSA Board. Prior to URSA, Juan held various positions at MARIONNAUD, including International HR Project Manager, HR Business Partner, and HR Analyst, where responsibilities ranged from managing HR systems and digitalization projects to overseeing HR reporting and budget design. Earlier experience includes roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Europrop International, focusing on payroll, accounting, and business analysis. Juan holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and an Expert Course in Human Resources from UEMC Business School.
