Liz Costa

Liz Costa has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Liz is currently working at Ursa Health as the Senior Director of Analytics Engineering. Prior to this, they were the Director of Business Intelligence at agilon health.

Liz spent a significant portion of their career at athenahealth, where they held various positions. Liz was the Director of Business Intelligence Engineering, leading a team responsible for democratizing data access and implementing data engineering and visualization practices. Liz also served as the Senior Manager of Data Analytics and Business Intelligence, leading a team of analysts in identifying ROI improvement areas, tracking product enhancements, and sharing best practices. Liz also held roles as an Analytics Manager, Senior Performance Associate, and Performance Associate during their time at athenahealth.

Before joining athenahealth, Liz worked as a Data Analyst at Boston University School of Dental Medicine, where they designed and implemented annual student surveys and generated reports for planning groups and faculty members. Liz Costa obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology from UC San Diego, where they attended from 2003 to 2007. Following this, Liz pursued a Master's degree in International Health at Boston University, completing their studies in 2009.
