Lauren Blanchette

Lauren Blanchette is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in turbomachinery and heat transfer. Currently serving as Manager, Turbo Engineer at Ursa Major since April 2019, Lauren has progressed through various roles including Lead Turbomachinery Engineer and Senior Turbomachinery Development Engineer. Prior experience includes a position as Test Engineer at Lockheed Martin from September 2017 to April 2019 and as a Graduate Research Assistant at Siemens, where key contributions involved experimental testing and CFD simulations. Lauren began the academic journey as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Central Florida, culminating in a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
