MacAllan Boyle

Macallan Boyle is a skilled propulsion engineer with extensive experience in rocket propulsion systems. Currently serving as a Propulsion Engineer II at Ursa Major since October 2022, Macallan previously worked at Rocket Development Lab from August 2019 to May 2023, overseeing various projects including the Altair LOX/Kerosene Flight Vehicle and the development of a 200LBF LOX/Ethanol rocket engine. Macallan's responsibilities encompassed test operations, safety evaluations, and mentorship of underclassmen, alongside roles in managing budgets as Treasurer. Additionally, experience includes work as a Machinist Assistant at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an internship focused on ignition systems at Ursa Major. Macallan holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Propulsion from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
