Corey Miller is a Principal Scientist at Ursa since June 2017, specializing in the development and implementation of algorithms for synthetic aperture radar. Previously, Corey served as a Research Physicist at the Naval Research Laboratory from June 2014 to June 2017, where involvement included Karle’s Fellowship and work with hyperspectral and EO/IR systems. As a Research Scientist at Tekla Research Inc. from February 2013 to June 2014, Corey focused on 3D point cloud reconstructions and code development for visualization and segmentation. Earlier experience includes a Research Assistant role at the College of William and Mary and internships at NASA Langley Research Center in 2007 and 2008. Corey holds a Ph.D. in Applied Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics & Applied Mathematics from William & Mary, as well as additional academic experience at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
