Melanie Walter

Melanie Walter is currently the Manager of Innovation at Urssaf, where they lead a collaborative workshop design team focused on addressing IT, organizational, and client experience challenges through collective intelligence. They previously held various roles, including communications manager at the Ecole Francaise Internationale de Vancouver and project manager at Pôle emploi, where they organized challenges and incubated startups. Melanie's educational background includes a Master's degree in International Marketing & Management from Ecole MIM - CCI Strasbourg, along with ongoing studies in Innovation by Design at ENSCI - Les Ateliers. They also have experience as a freelance digital marketing consultant, assisting entrepreneurs with web strategies and optimization.
