Quin Fenendael is an experienced Strategic Project Manager at URUS Group, with a focus on value creation and strategic alignment across various business initiatives since August 2021. In a prior role as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Manager, Quin led business planning for URUS's 2024 DEI and CSR initiatives and built a global network of champions to promote these efforts. Before joining URUS, Quin was an Associate Dairy Consultant at Compeer Financial, providing specialized insights to dairy producers, and held various roles in dairy consulting and operations. Quin holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Business and Dairy Science from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
