Christi Karandikar

Christi Karandikar is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various prominent organizations. From June 2019 to December 2021, Christi served as Executive Managing Director & Group People Officer at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, following a position as EVP, Human Resources (CHRO - US). Prior to this, Christi held the role of EVP & Chief People Officer at Otter Media and spent a decade at Warner Bros. Entertainment, where responsibilities included SVP of Talent Acquisition, Engagement & Development, and Vice President of Organization Development. Christi began a career at Accenture as a Senior Manager in Organization Strategy and also gained valuable experience in experiential learning and development with Up with People. Christi graduated from Babson College.
