Marcin Grądzki

Marcin Grądzki has an extensive background in climate policy and sustainable development, currently serving as the Director of the Air Protection and Climate Policy Department at Urząd m.st. Warszawy since October 2020. Previously, Marcin held roles such as Deputy Director and Head of the Climate Policy Unit, contributing to the climate neutrality goal for the City of Warsaw by 2050. Prior experience includes a managerial position at Deloitte focusing on sustainability and public sector advisory, and a senior consultant role at PwC Polska covering Central and Eastern Europe. At the Ministry of the Environment of Poland, Marcin was involved in sustainable development policies and represented Poland in various international climate change initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Renewable Energy Technologies and an Engineer's degree in Environmental Engineering.
