Matt Patlovany

Chief Clinical Officer at US Acute Care Solutions

Dr. Matt Patlovany is chief clinical officer (CCO) of US Acute Care Solutions. Previous leadership positions include president of US Acute Care Solutions South and a role as a vice president. He has been with USACS since 2015.

Dr. Patlovany served as chief medical officer of Emergency Physicians Affiliates in San Antonio before joining Emergency Service Partners, a founding partner of USACS, in July 2015. At ESP, he served as a regional vice president, overseeing seven emergency departments in San Antonio and Harlingen, Texas. He has worked with San Antonio’s Baptist Health System since 2007, serving on more than a dozen clinical committees and task forces to improve quality and service.

A board-certified emergency physician, Dr. Patlovany is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. He completed his residency training in emergency medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, where he was chief resident.
