Benjamin A. Novy

Benjamin A. Novy is an experienced human resources executive with a strong leadership background across various industries. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at US Anesthesia Partners since August 2022, Benjamin oversees HR for a leading provider of anesthesia services. Previously, Benjamin held the same title at EVP Eyecare, where strategic HR initiatives were developed for a multi-state network of eyecare practices. Earlier experience includes Vice President of Human Resources at Vail Resorts, leading HR across multiple lines of business, and various HR roles at EchoStar Corporation and Northrop Grumman, including Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Director. Benjamin holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University.
