Stephen Ratcliff

Stephen Ratcliff, MD, currently serves as a Physician Partner Anesthesiologist at US Anesthesia Partners since June 2014, contributing to the Quality Review Committee in Austin since 2019. Previously, Stephen held various leadership roles at Kingwood Medical Center, including Vice Chair of Anesthesia, Chief-of-Staff, and Anesthesia Chief. Stephen's military service includes a tenure as Lieutenant Colonel with the United States Air Force and an earlier role as Second Lieutenant in the Texas Army National Guard. Educational accomplishments include an Anesthesiology Residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, an Internal Medicine Internship at Baylor College of Medicine, and a Doctor of Medicine from The University of Texas Medical Branch, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Print Journalism from Baylor University.
