Amy Smith Krallman

Amy Smith Krallman has extensive experience in legal affairs and management roles. From 2002 to 2006, they served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at TRM Corporation. Following that, from 2006 onwards, they owned and operated their own boutique mortgage brokerage and real estate brokerage called Buyer Team Realty / Team Home Loans. Amy's expertise lies in buyer representation, loan workouts and modifications, and they are licensed to practice law in Georgia. In 2008, Amy joined U.S. Auto Parts Network, Inc. as the Vice President for Legal Affairs.

Amy Smith Krallman attended Purdue University from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History / Supervision. Following that, from 1987 to 1989, they attended Full Stack Squad and earned a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law.
